EasyPedalCash buys used guitar pedals and related music gear from individuals. We primarily serve the Clearwater / St. Pete area in Florida through local pickup, and we also accept shipped items in some cases.

When you submit photos and information about your gear through our website or by other means, you are requesting a cash offer. Submitting a request does not create a binding agreement. We reserve the right to make or decline an offer at our sole discretion.

4. Local Pickup

If you accept a local pickup offer:

  • We will arrange a mutually convenient time and location in the Clearwater / St. Pete area.
  • Payment will be made in cash at the time of pickup, after we inspect the gear.
  • You must be the legal owner of the gear or have authorization to sell it.

5. Shipping

If you choose to ship your gear:

  • We may provide a prepaid shipping label in some cases.
  • You are responsible for properly packaging the gear.
  • We are not responsible for damage that occurs during shipping due to inadequate packaging.
  • Payment will be issued after we receive and inspect the gear.

6. Condition of Gear

We generally purchase gear that is in good working condition. We may decline items that are broken, heavily modified, or not as described. You are responsible for accurately describing the condition of your gear.

7. No Warranties

We make no guarantees or warranties regarding the offers we provide. All offers are made in good faith based on the information available at the time.

8. Limitation of Liability
